Mikkiya Caldwell plays a key role in keeping Molèt Health & Wellness running smoothly. She manages schedules, coordinates operations, and supports leadership with professionalism and care.
Currently earning her Bachelor’s in English at Mercer University, Mikkiya is on a path toward a career in Speech and Language Pathology. Her passion for communication and service reflects the heart of Molèt’s mission—compassionate, community-centered care.

Ms. Heily | Assistant Administrator
Ms. White supports the day-to-day operations of Molèt Health & Wellness, helping keep patients connected to the practice and their care. She assists with patient communication, scheduling, appointment follow-up, administrative coordination, and maintaining accurate patient information. She also helps patients navigate practice processes and connects questions or concerns with the appropriate member of the care team.
Her role helps ensure that patients receive timely, organized, and responsive support throughout their experience with Molèt Health & Wellness.

Dr. Tamiko Molèt, DNP, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Molèt Health & Wellness, PC, bringing more than three decades of healthcare experience to the patients and communities she serves.
Her approach to care is personal, comprehensive, and grounded in the belief that people deserve to be heard, respected, and cared for as whole individuals. Throughout her career, Dr. Molèt has remained committed to prevention, chronic disease management, mental health support, patient education, and helping people overcome barriers that can make healthcare difficult to access.
Her experiences ultimately shaped a new direction for Molèt Health & Wellness—one in which healthcare would no longer be confined to a building.

Texas Hill Country Consultants serves as the billing and revenue cycle partner for Molèt Health & Wellness. Their team assists with insurance claims, billing questions, payment processing, account balances, and other patient account matters. Working closely with our practice, they help ensure claims are processed accurately and provide patients with support when questions arise regarding their healthcare bills or insurance coverage.
