When additional laboratory testing is needed, we work with national laboratories to offer clear, upfront pricing. Tests sent to outside laboratories are not included in membership fees, but we help patients choose cost-effective options and understand pricing before testing is performed.

Insurance may be used for covered laboratory services when available, and self-pay options are discussed openly.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are provided when medically appropriate.

We work with patients to prescribe cost-effective medications, use generics when available, and assist with prior authorizations when required.

Medication costs are determined by the pharmacy and insurance plan and are not included in membership fees.
