Our Doc on the Block™ Mobile Health program extends care beyond the walls of a traditional medical office. Through our medical clinic on wheels and scheduled community-based visits, we bring primary care closer to patients who may experience transportation, mobility, scheduling, or other barriers to traditional office-based healthcare.
On select days, our mobile healthcare services may be provided at patients’ homes, senior living communities, senior centers, churches and faith-based organizations, rescue missions and shelters, apartment communities, local businesses, barbershops, community organizations, and other trusted neighborhood locations throughout the communities we serve.
We also partner with local businesses, churches, nonprofit organizations, senior programs, and community leaders interested in helping make healthcare more accessible to the people they serve.
